Recruiters using Zimyo can now send a PMaps assessment to any candidate in a single click, and the resulting score flows straight back into the candidate record — alongside the résumé and hiring status — with no exports, no second login, and no switching between tools.

The integration closes a long-standing gap in the hiring stack. Assessment is one of the strongest predictors of who will actually perform in a role, but it has historically lived outside the system where recruiters work. Every export, every separate login, and every manual reconciliation added friction — and friction is where good practice quietly breaks down. By making "Send PMaps Assessment" an action on every candidate inside Zimyo, the two companies remove that friction entirely.
