Saurabh Rana is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of PMaps, the AI-powered talent assessment platform he launched in 2015. Leading the company's strategy and revenue, he's grown PMaps into a platform trusted by 200+ enterprises across 7 countries — built on a single conviction: hiring should be evidence, not instinct. A member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, he writes about predictive hiring, behavioral science, and where talent assessment is headed.

That conviction was hard-won. Before PMaps, Saurabh studied applied psychology at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences — on top of an engineering degree and an MBA — where he worked on using visuals to change real-world behavior. That became the bedrock idea behind PMaps: that you can measure and predict how people will perform, visually and at scale.

He came to psychology after more than a decade in investment banking, corporate finance, and treasury at Axis Bank and SMC Group, where he noticed that markets don't really run on numbers — they run on human behavior.
