Chaitali Joshi

Chaitali Joshi is an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist at PMaps and a Certified PPA Practitioner. She owns PMaps' product library of 400+ job-role-specific assessments and works across people analytics, building the psychometric tools that help organizations make scientific decisions about hiring, promotion, and attrition.

Her expertise covers the Big Five (OCEAN), 16PF, and DISC frameworks, and she develops the reports that turn assessment data into detailed insight on an individual — job fitment, strengths and weaknesses, and managerial guidance on how to develop a person based on their personality. She speaks directly with clients and runs focus group discussions to keep that work grounded in real organizational needs.

She holds a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from SNDT Women's University, where her work spanned test construction, organizational behavior, and employee counselling. She has been with PMaps since 2018. She writes about I/O psychology, assessment validity, personality science, and the research behind fair, predictive hiring.
